Rooms offer either king or twin bed configurations. Twin beds can be converted to a double upon request. Cots for children under two are available.

Yes. Children of all ages are welcome. Parents must supervise children around pools, hot tubs and the dam at all times, as these are unfenced.

Yes. All accommodations are fitted with air conditioning and wood-burning fireplaces. Firewood is provided in winter.

Check-in is from 14:00 to 18:00. Check-out is at 10:00. Late check-out requests may be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and management approval.

Yes. All cottages and the Manor House are serviced daily between 09:00 and 11:00. If you’d prefer a specific time, please speak to the Duty Manager.

Absolutely. The farm can accommodate up to 24 guests and is available for exclusive hire—ideal for families, retreats or weddings.

No, same-day bookings are not accepted. Please book in advance.

TVs are not connected to satellite. You may stream via your own accounts (Netflix, Showmax etc.) or use screen casting from your device (AirPlay or Chromecast). For privacy, we recommend unplugging the TV when not in use and avoiding login via the TV’s browser.

Yes. A full breakfast is included each morning and served at The Cellars Restaurant.
